I truly believe CryptoCurrency can help us all speed up the world's potential. Let’s talk Masternode Strategies.

Masternodes are a very new concept to the CryptoCurrency world and I think many people are still working hard to figure out the best Strategy to Maximize their profits. After hosting Masternodes for people there have been 3 general types of investors that I have recognized:

  1. Long Term HODLers

  2. All Time High Runners

  3. High ROI Spinners

Long Term HODLers

This is a popular concept by most. The simple concept of these Masternode Investors is they are invested in a coin for the long haul. Most of the time they believe this coin is going to be making it all the way to the end of time. With Staking and Masternode Rewards, they have every intention to continue growing their Masternode Ownership of a specific coin with the continual accrual of Coin to form more and more Masternodes.

There are obvious Pros and Cons to this strategy and it would be worth pointing them out:

  • Pros: The continual collection of coins and never exchanging the coins allows you to keep working to grow the number of Masternode ownership. It helps off-set losses that could occur in a down market. Also, by not selling coins, you will not add to the driving of coin prices lower. This strategy can allow you to focus on other investments that you may want to do in the future.

  • Cons: If the market all of a sudden turns for the worst, the significant investments that are required for some Masternodes could cost you. It does not take much for your initial investments to lose significant value if the project were to take a turn for the worse.

All Time High Runners

These investors look at Daily/Weekly/Monthly Return On Investments and try to time their enter and exit of a Masternode Investment the best they can to maximize profits. In general, these investors will buy in at a low point in an upward trend, sell their Masternode Rewards immediately and Exit whenever they feel they have hit the top of their investment potential…safely.

Here are a few of the Pros and Cons are certainly different:

  • Pros: Coins associated with Masternodes can offer very quick and high Masternode Commissions. Gaining extra coins while in an upward trend can lead to significant gain if the market fairs well.

  • Cons: If the investor does not time their entrance and exit well, it could set up for quick and very significant loss as these investors have to be moving quick

High ROI Spinners

These investors work similar to the All Time High Runners, however, these investors generally take their chances on newly released Coins that support Masternodes. These Investors make their Commissions very quickly. The less people there are running Masternodes, the quicker an investor will get Masternode Commissions at a rate that could exceed 3000%-10,000% ROI on a yearly calculation.

The Pros and Cons are very similar to the All Time High Runners:

  • Pros: Potential for being an early adopter of a successful coin. Likely investing in prices that are much lower than future prices. Very quick return on Investment.

  • Cons: Potential for huge price swings. Difficulty Selling coins that nobody is buying, making it difficult to get your return on investment.

With every investment comes risk. I hear a lot of people using the simple strategy “Invest what you are willing to lose.” I like to think this is a responsible approach. However, if you can Master one of these three strategies, your CryptoCurrency future could look bright! Be sure to check out our Products to help you formulate a strategy!
